With an office that looks out on the San Juan Mountains in Montrose, Colo., David Tillson says he's "amazed that every broker in America" isn't clamoring to telecommute. "That's the only thing I find unusual about this," he says. Six years ago, Tillson ditched the wirehouse lifestyle, joined Raymond James Financial Services and built a 12-foot-by-24-foot office in the corner of his horse barn, complete with a picture window.
